Yes. I provide secure online therapy for residents throughout South Carolina and North Carolina using HIPAA-compliant SimplePractice telehealth. If you prefer meeting in person, appointments are also available in Simpsonville, South Carolina.

In-person counseling appointments are available for clients who prefer face-to-face sessions. Conveniently located in Simpsonville, SC, the office serves individuals, couples, and families from Greenville, Greer, Easley, Mauldin, Fountain Inn, Traveler’s Rest, and surrounding Upstate communities.

I work with a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life adjustments, boundary work, and I specialize in marriage counseling and couples therapy. I incorporate multiple theories to apply what I believe best fits each client’s needs and challenges. My main framework is through humanistic and cognitive behavioral therapy theories. My couples counseling work is through a relational emotional approach, where you can learn how to better communicate through active listening and empathy.

Therapy contract rates can vary greatly depending on your individual plan. I encourage clients to call the number on their insurance card to confirm the payment amount before the first session. The self-pay amount per session is $110 for 50-60 minutes.

Therapy is meant to bring relief, not overwhelm you! We will discuss what best fits with your schedule and challenge. In the beginning, I suggest once a week or biweekly.

In the first session, we will work to get a better understanding of what is bringing you to therapy and review your symptoms. We will then discuss goals we would like to achieve with our time together.

Right now, telehealth appointment times span from Tuesday through Friday, with flexible daytime and evening scheduling to fit your needs, and in-person counseling is available at my Simpsonville office on Thursdays.
