Meet Alexis Greene, LPC
Hello! I'm Alexis Greene, a licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families find healing, clarity, and hope through compassionate, evidence-based counseling.
Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, or family conflict, I provide a supportive space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to grow.
At Luminous Life Counseling, I believe that every person has the capacity for healing and transformation. My role is to walk alongside you, helping you uncover strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change in your life.
I offer online telehealth therapy all throughout South Carolina and now North Carolina, with in-person availability here at my Simpsonville, SC, office, too. Reach out today to get the therapy that best fits your needs! I look forward to hearing from you.

I typically work with clients experiencing:
Anxiety and chronic stress
Depression and mood concerns
Family conflict and communication challenges
Emotional overwhelm and burnout
Life transitions and adjustment difficulties
Self-esteem and personal growth
These are just some of the main issues my clients come to me for. If you want to know more about the areas I feel particularly strong in, you can learn more about my specialties.

I take a client-centered, collaborative approach to counseling, recognizing that each person's story, experiences, and goals are unique. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, which is why I tailor treatment to meet your individual needs.
Drawing from evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and solution-focused strategies, I help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building practical tools for everyday life.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where you can explore challenges openly, gain insight, and move toward greater emotional wellness and personal fulfillment.
Sound like something you’d be comfortable with? Have more questions about the process?

I have a deep belief that we have the capacity to grow and heal, and that this growth is our responsibility. It takes intentional (and sometimes challenging) work, but the benefits are life changing. I enjoy helping clients on this journey and providing deep support throughout.
